Belfast is a short drive from Portadown by car, bus or train. The capital city of Northern Ireland is changing fast and for the better. These photos were taken in one day in May 2007. All the pictures are from in and around the centre of Belfast. As you can see the city is becoming more cosmopolitan, vibrant, welcoming, inclusive, and colourful. If you want to see the remnants of the scary historically-fixated aspect of the city, you had better come soon, before Belfast is finally dragged into the realms of the 21st century.
